General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – The Brow Bar Ansbach

§ 1. General
In addition to the general legal provisions, our "General Terms and Conditions" apply exclusively to all legal transactions with the customer. These can only be changed by individual written agreements. The cosmetic studio The Brow Bar Ansbach reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions. This consent requirement applies in all cases, for example even if we carry out our services without reservation despite knowing the customer's general terms and conditions.

§ 2 Appointment arrangement, cancellation of appointment and late arrival
Booked appointments are generally binding and are reserved personally for the customer. A treatment contract is concluded between The Brow Bar Ansbach and you as the customer when the appointment is made. If you are unable to keep the appointment, cancel your appointment in writing at least 48 hours before the agreed appointment. For appointments that are not canceled or not canceled in time, we will issue an invoice for at least 50% of the respective treatment fee (within 48 hours before the appointment) or 100% (within 24 hours before the appointment), depending on the reason for the cancellation. The customer is not entitled to compensation.

We will inform the customer immediately about appointments that we have to change for compelling reasons. We are not liable for cancellations that are not our responsibility or that are caused by third parties. If you arrive late, you are not entitled to treatment. We are entitled to charge for the full treatment time.

§ 3 Prices, offers and payment conditions
The prices according to the valid price list apply (including VAT).

Our offers are non-binding. Offers and promotions are only valid during the specified period and while stocks last. The agreed prices are due in cash upon completion of the treatment.

§ 4 Personal data and privacy
The customer assures that he/she will provide the studio with all correct personal data and information that is relevant for the professional treatment of the requested service. This data will be stored on the customer file card in written or electronic form. The cosmetic studio The Brow Bar Ansbach undertakes to use this data only for the purpose of the service to be provided, taking into account the data protection clauses, and not to pass the data on to third parties without the written consent of the customer.

§ 5 Confidentiality
The Brow Bar Ansbach cosmetic studio is obliged to keep all information discussed during the treatment or service secret and confidential. Information is classified as confidential if the customer expresses this or if this can be inferred from the content of the information. Confidentiality is suspended if this is decided by law and the The Brow Bar Ansbach cosmetic studio has been legally released from the confidentiality clause.

§ 6 Liability
The Brow Bar Ansbach beauty salon cannot accept any liability if the customer suffers damage as a result of the service that is based on information provided by the customer and this information turns out to be inadequate. This refers in particular, but not exclusively, to physical conditions, medical or drug requirements or activities outside the studio. The beauty salon is not responsible for the loss or destruction of personal items and possessions of the customer that were brought into the studio.

§ 7 Right to change
Should individual clauses be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other clauses. In place of any potentially invalid clause, a clause shall apply that comes closest to the meaning of the original wording.

If new terms and conditions or new offer and price lists are published, all previous ones lose their validity.
